How we help›Work closely with your pharmacy

One chart, shared with the pharmacy that supplies it.

Your pharmacy works on the same record your carers use. New prescriptions land on the chart, the monthly cycle is laid out as tasks, returns are recorded, and questions are asked next to the medicine they're about.

What changes

Fewer phone calls, fewer surprises

Prescriptions on the chart

Your partner pharmacy adds new medicines and changes, and they appear on the resident's chart straight away. Nobody types them twice.

The medication cycle as tasks

What's due this week and today, so ordering and checking in isn't a scramble.

Returns recorded

What goes back, with batch and expiry, and a returns sheet to print.

Messages with context

From the staff app and the dashboard, with photos, tagged to the resident. An add-on you switch on when you want it.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Something else? Ask us

Do we have to change pharmacy?

No. Keep the pharmacy you have. eMAR is free if it's one of our partners, and three months free if it isn't.

Can our pharmacy join?

Yes. Ask them to get in touch with us, and we'll show them how they connect to your home.

Who adds the medicines?

Your partner pharmacy can add them for you. You can also add and change them yourself on the dashboard.

Make the move to eMAR
