What's in every plan?
Residents, medications, the MAR chart and printing. The plans add the staff app and rota (Pro), and reports, the full activity log and Ask eMAR and Ask CQC (Advanced).
Are care home audits included?
No. Care home audits are booked and priced separately.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, from your billing screen. The change takes effect immediately and your invoice is corrected the same day.
