What we do for pharmacies
The supply chain, without the phone calls.
Multi-home dashboard
Every care home you supply in one account, each with its own residents, cycle and deliveries. Link to a new home with an invite code.
Remote patient onboarding
Add a new resident and their medication from your own portal. It lands on the home's chart without anyone re-keying it.
Medication management
Dose, route, frequency, PRN protocols, controlled-drug schedules and the barcode label — maintained by the people who dispense it.
Delivery pipeline
At pharmacy → assigned → out for delivery → delivered. Every stage timestamped, so nobody has to ring to ask where it is.
Proof of delivery
Your driver captures a signature and a photo at the door. It attaches to the delivery, not to a paper book in a van.
Returns & destruction
Stock coming back is its own tracked pipeline, with the reason recorded — so a returned pack is accounted for, not just gone.
Live stock visibility
Doses count stock down as they are given, so what is running low is visible to you before the home has to chase it.
Supply cycles
Homes run on a repeat cycle. The chart and the reorder both understand it, so a 28-day cycle does not need a spreadsheet.
Controlled drugs
CD schedules carried through from dispensing to the second signature at the trolley, and into the register.
The driver app
Proof of delivery, from your counter to their door.
Drivers pick up their run on their own phone. Each drop shows the home, what is in it, and captures a signature and a photo at the door — so a delivery that was questioned a fortnight later has an answer.
- Today's run, in order, on the driver's phone
- Signature capture at the door, attached to the delivery record
- Photo proof for a drop where nobody could sign
- Live status back to your portal and to the care home at the same moment
Commercials
Who pays for the care home?
Either of you. It is a commercial decision between the pharmacy and the home, and the platform supports both.
The pharmacy pays
Fund the eMAR for the homes you supply and the whole supply chain runs on one record — your dispensing, their administration, one shared view of what is running low.
The care home pays
A home registers on its own, chooses its own plan, and links to whichever pharmacy supplies it using an invite code. It keeps its own account, its own data and its own choice of supplier.
Questions
Pharmacy questions.
What does the pharmacy portal cost?
£150 a month, excluding VAT. That covers ten linked care homes, then £4 a month for each additional home — with unlimited pharmacy staff and driver accounts throughout.
Can we supply more than one care home from a single account?
Yes. One pharmacy account links to as many homes as you supply, each with its own residents, deliveries and supply cycle. Ten are included in the plan; beyond that it is £4 per home per month.
Can we pay for the care homes we supply?
Yes, and many pharmacies do — funding the eMAR for a home is often what makes the relationship work. Equally a home can register itself, pick its own plan, and link to you with an invite code. Either way the home keeps its own account and its own data.
How do medications get onto a resident's chart?
You add or update them from your own portal and they appear on that resident's MAR chart immediately. No faxing a chart back and forth, no phone call to dictate a change.
How does the care home request a resupply?
It comes from the eMAR itself. Stock is counted down as doses are given, so what is running low is visible to you before anyone has to ring.
Do drivers need a separate device?
No. The driver app runs on the phone they already carry, and captures a signature and photo at the door as proof of delivery. Driver accounts are included in your plan.
What happens to stock that comes back?
Returns are tracked as their own pipeline — pending, collected, received — so a pack going back to the pharmacy is accounted for rather than disappearing off the chart.
